Every milestone planted a seed for the movement Parendigm is today.
On February 11, 2004, our lives changed with the arrival of our firstborn, Vernon. Faced with parenting challenges and questions, we, Eric and Grace, delved into the world of parenthood.
Research led us to “Appreciating Education,” a revolutionary concept by Mr. Zhou Hong, emphasizing every child's genius. Convinced, we attended a workshop in Guangzhou, experiencing a paradigm shift in our parenting approach.
Returning to Singapore, we embraced the concept and discovered key influencers, affirming our newfound mission.
In 2006, we founded two companies, dedicated to spreading the “Appreciating Education” concept and a children's fitness program.
Fast forward to 2022, our children thriving, and our mission impacting many. We emphasize understanding parenting wisdom, teaching parents to analyze and address underlying causes. Our journey, shared through media and national platforms, reflects a commitment to empowering parents. Join us on this journey of discovery, wisdom, and creating precious moments with your children.

Parendigm (parenting + paradigm shift) is a movement with the purpose to shape the world of parenting. We want to make parenting EASY, joyful and PROSPERING for every parent — equipping them with accompanying learning, tools and knowledge.
We aspire to become a trusted parental education organisation that helps thousands.
Blessed with a passion for education, Eric pursued the quest for the right parenting concept and discovered the key to parenting. Eric is married to a beautiful wife and has two lovely children. In his journey of parenting, he not only practises what he has learned but also actively shares what he knows with other parents through organising seminars, workshops, and discussions. He has witnessed many breakthroughs in families.
He has published a National Bestseller, Appreciating Your Child, translated from a Chinese book from China, and the concept of the book was made into a movie. Recently, he authored and launched "Parendigm – Rethinking Parenting – A Playbook for Creative Parenting" to support parents in their journey. He believes that all parents should enjoy this important journey with their children, creating many precious moments together.
Eric is an entrepreneur and educator. His entrepreneurial stories and parenting concepts were featured in leading media across Singapore.
Grace comes from a corporate background of consultancy, focusing on training and change management.
Moving from the corporate world to the children's industry, Grace has seen the tremendous needs of both children and parents in the child's growth journey, and has made it her role to share, guide and accompany them — and to help develop their children's critical milestones.
For the past 16 years, Grace has been actively involved in the growth of two international children's fitness and visual-art programs in Singapore. She believes in understanding each program in depth and coaching her team to excellence. She was actively involved in class delivery, curriculum planning and staff training during the infancy of the company. Grace believes in leading by example, growing her team of teachers from small to a strong front- and back-end support team.
